I know that you're already frustrated by the time you've found me so I want to give you the fastest solution possible. Contact me using one of the methods listed below. Explain your problem as clearly as possible.

Priority help goes to those who are willing to switch from their current web host to Cybergalleries. The reason for this is that I can solve problems much faster when they can be seen on a server I'm  familiar with and have access to.  (I am the systems administrator for Cybergalleries) I can also afford to spend more time on those.

For complex problems on sites not hosted by Cybergalleries (and not willing to move) I may need to charge a consulting fee. We will let you know if that is necessary after receiving your questions or talking to you. You will never be obligated to pay anything without being aware of the obligation beforehand!

The cheapest way to get extensive help is by having your site hosted by Cybergalleries.

Occasionally a complex problem will cost as much as $20. Microsoft's 900 number is a $30 call and they do not always solve the problem. In fact, I often solve problems in 5 minutes that Microsoft tech support has failed to solve after charging $30. If I do not have a solution to your problem, you pay me nothing.

As stated above, most of the questions I get have been asked before and can be answered quickly and free of charge. 

Read the FAQ and see if your problem has already been addressed. Also take a look at the menu items to see if there is a page that might address your particular issue.

If you don't find an answer on the site send describing your problem. I will get back to you with a solution or a request for further information. The time it takes me to get back to you, is entirely dependent on how busy I am.
